Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Void Jump mobile and web game ("the App") collects, uses, and shares information when you play it.

1. Who we are

The App is developed and operated by AndyGo Games (contact: andygo-erevan@gmail.com). The App is free to download and play. On supported platforms it shows advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, and offers an optional in-app purchase that disables those advertisements (see Sections 4 and 5).

2. What we collect

Anonymous device identifier. On first launch we generate a random UUID (deviceUuid) and store it locally. We never read the Android Advertising ID, IMEI, MAC address, or any other persistent hardware identifier.
Display name. A short nickname shown on the leaderboard. By default it is an auto-generated placeholder; on the Yandex Games platform it may be sourced from your Yandex public profile if you choose to sign in.
Gameplay data. Final score and number of platforms cleared for each completed run.
Settings. Locale, sound on/off, music on/off, premium entitlement flags.
Purchase status. If you buy the optional ad-removal item, the App stores a boolean flag (removeAds) indicating that you own it, plus the purchase receipt identifier returned by the store. We do not receive your payment-method details — those are handled exclusively by the store (Google Play Billing on Android, Yandex IAP on Yandex Games).

We do not collect: your real name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera input, or any health data.

3. How we use it

To show global, weekly, and per-platform leaderboards.
To synchronise your progress and settings across your devices.
To detect and mitigate cheating (input cadence and score plausibility checks).
To respond to support requests.

4. Advertisements

On platforms where the App shows ads (currently Yandex Games; Android ads via Yandex Mobile Ads or Google AdMob may be added in future releases), the embedded ad SDK independently collects a limited set of data on the device — typically a non-persistent advertising identifier, coarse approximate location, and basic device characteristics — to serve and measure ads. We do not have direct access to this data; we receive only aggregate revenue reports.

5. Purchases

The optional ad-removal in-app purchase is processed entirely by the platform store (Google Play Billing on Android, Yandex IAP API on Yandex Games). We receive a confirmation that your account is entitled to the item — we never see your bank card, billing address, or any payment-method information. Refunds are handled by the store under its own refund policy.

Game data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL, hosted on AWS) and served via Cloudflare Workers. Both providers operate under their own privacy practices:

Your display name and score may appear in publicly visible leaderboards within the App. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

9. Retention

We keep gameplay records for as long as the App is operated. You may request deletion of your record at any time (see Section 11).

10. Children

The App is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction).

Subject to your local law (including the GDPR for EU residents), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data associated with your deviceUuid. To exercise these rights, contact us at andygo-erevan@gmail.com and include the deviceUuid shown in the App's settings screen.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced inside the App.
